By accessing and using the Mailina application and diagnostic tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Mailina provides an email diagnostics software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, which includes server response parsing, database schema integration, and SMTP tracking.
You retain all rights to the server logs and database records you connect to our service. Mailina only parses header data and technical routing information; we do not read or store the message body content of your emails.
Users must adhere to the rate limits specified in their chosen pricing tier. Abuse of the API or attempts to reverse-engineer the diagnostic engine will result in immediate account termination.
